The DS-LD Series Laser Drilling Machine is designed to work in-line with the DS-CM Series Glass Cutting Machine, positioned between the glass loading section and the cutting section. The full production flow is: automatic loading → automatic laser drilling → automatic cutting → glass breaking.

This setup enables in-line drilling, eliminating the need for multiple handling and repeated cleaning, thereby improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity.

The laser drilling process offers high precision and excellent quality, with no consumables and low operating costs. It produces straight holes without taper, requires no secondary graphic input, and allows drilling and cutting to be completed in a single layout. The system is easy to operate and does not rely on high-skilled workers.
